8.0The hotel itself was very nicely designed, with only a few bungalows, which made it even more peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful!
− However, the bed sheets and towels had stains, which was disappointing. Apart from that, everything else was very clean. The location was a bit outside the city center, making it difficult to get around without a rented motorbike. The breakfast was quite nice (served in small boxes in a basket) but for a place like Thailand, where it's already 28°C in the morning, this might not be the best option. The yogurt, eggs and sausage became warm due to the sun and high temperatures, and the butter was completely liquid. It might be worth considering an alternative way to serve breakfast. Overall, it was a peaceful place to stay, but with some room for improvement.

1.0− We left as soon as we got there. The mattress was so hard and sunken in, so many mosquitoes in the room, bed was full of large stains (on the pillow cases to) even the bedsheets were ripped. We told the receptionist that we would like to upgrade and she said they have no availability, we explained our discomfort and they would still not refund us! We were there for five minutes. We asked for some percentage of the booking and they refused. After we left they sent me an email that they thank me for staying on their property… no service. Stay away! Much much better options in Krabi!
