2.0We were not properly welcomed and it took almost an hour to check in. Room smelled bad. Had to ask for towels. Nasty beach. Worn out furniture. Not comfortable bed. Food bad quality.

10.0The rooms are very nice with the perfect view of the pool and ocean. There is unfortunately no swimming allowed in the ocean in front of the hotel. We found the staff a little unorganized at times but would still highly recommend this hotel.

10.0From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff made this a wonderful place to stay. Not once did we feel we were being taken advantage of. We were impressed with all the facilities and the lovely ambience and decor of the hotel. The pool and gardens were beautifully maintained and all the added benefits such as the gym, spa and Comfortable sun loungers scattered around the palm fringed gardens were really appreciated. We were not full board but dined in the FB restaurant and we’re really surprised that the quality of the food offered. The à la cart menu was also extensive and tasty and not expensive. There was also plenty of choice at breakfast time. I would highly recommend this please to anybody looking for a good comfortable hotel at an affordable price.
