8.0We had an absolutely amazing time. The facility was great, the staff was great. The only reason I could not give it a 5 star review is because of the staff member at the rooftop pool trying to solicit excursions for the next day. I was bombarded and harassed enough on the beach that the last thing I wanted was one of the hotel staff members trying to get us to buy something from him. Or at least use his card so he could get a kickback. Other than him, the staff was top notch.

10.0I would like to commend all the staff from the reception amd all the crew member of this hotel, awesome service, greetings every time they see us, the open the doors for us. Excellent service, the housekeeping forget to put tissue on our washroom, but its ok they replace it right away. Everything is perfect

10.0Great music n food...enjoyed !!! Service was great too.....mayb drop 1 session of fire dancing n increase band playing started to rain so unfortunately got wet.....really nice band well interacted with crowd.....good job guys....will be back to Boracay soon
