7.0Our room - cabin family was huge. There were a lot of activities to do within the property for a price. Food at restaurant was affordable.
− We went there when the wave pool - one of its main facilities was closed for renovation. The hotel website didn't indicate this closure and so we.proceeded with our booking. Our stay would have been much more enjoyable if all the wave pool was.open.

7.0I liked the filipino breakfast, the location was great. My only dissatisfaction was that there was no hot water in the shower and the shower head water exit was very weak. Other than that it was great!

So-so place. Last option if you need one
4.0Overall, place is good for the price. I paid 3500 for a cabin through an online travel agent. They were not too strict with extra persons. Just a few things that caught my attention. 1. Pool tiles are old. Careful swimming you might cut yourself in the pool. 2. Activities end 5pm. Only the main pool can be used after 5pm. 3. The spa therapist/receptionist booked me for 7pm. It was 730pm and she was still doing service for another client. I just walked out after waiting for 45 minutes. Front office staff didnt even bother to check on the schedule when I asked. 4. Very odd that they dont have phones in the room. You need to call their cellphone if you need something in the room. Staff are pleasant dont get me wrong. They try hard to serve guests. I just sense that management does not care at all about the guests.

10.0my family and i spent the new year's eve at forest crest. we love the climate, the room, food, service and the activities. the event was a blast! we enjoyed the band and the drag queens and the fireworks too! we will definitely consider going back to spend one of the holidays this 2025!
