− Elevador pequeno e disputado para todos os hóspedes. Café da manhã pequeno e ruim, com apenas 1 funcionário tendo que repor tudo, pois ficam em bandejas minúsculas. Faltando todos os itens, não tem onde sentar. Achei o café da manhã decepcionante.
Uma estadia prática, bem localizada e com o conforto necessário para aproveitar a cidade.
8.0Localização impecável! Fica a poucos passos dos principais restaurantes, lojas de chocolate, pontos de encontro para passeios e lojas de roupas de esqui. Difícil encontrar algo mais bem posicionado. O quarto tem bom tamanho e um detalhe que faz diferença para famílias: o lavabo fica separado do banheiro com o boxe, o que agiliza muito a rotina pela manhã. Já o café da manhã não é nenhuma surpresa, mas cumpre bem o papel. No geral, ótima experiência e recomendo.

− A única coisa que deixaram a desejar foi a água quente no chuveiro, muito ruim, pingava, não tinha como controlar a temperatura, eles não ofereceram nenhuma solução, apenas afirmaram estar com esse problemas de ar na tubulação de água quente desse quarto, e nada fizeram.
