10.0The sraff was incredible. Very nice, professional and kind. The onen experience both on site and in town was amazing. The hotel staff explained the appropriate way to use the onsens and even helped my husband dress properly. They drove us to the monkey park after calling and getting an update on whether the monkeys were in the park that morning. Would go back again. There was a small sushi reataurant next door ( Family type of place) we enjoyed our meal and the hospitality of the owners.

10.0Die Familie führt den Ryokan mit viel Liebe. Wir waren dort auf Hochzeitsreise und es war wirklich daps Highlight der Reise. Wenn wir könnten würden wir 100 Punkte vergeben. Die Onsen im Ort sind wunderbar und der Affenpark ist ganz in der Nähe. Aber der Service, das Kaiseki Menü und der Aufenthalt im Shibu Hotel waren für uns einfach das Highlight.
