Improper room, lot of sound from outside. Disturbed sleep through out night. Overall bad experience
3.0Breakfast was fine but not that great
− Room was shabby and doors do not block sound from outside. I went there late evening to be able to sleep comfortably. However, on the contrary, at 2am in the night on the 7th Floor, I experienced screams and shouts from the corridor and I just could not sleep after that. It was a painful experience. Despite my request, even the staff didn't change my room. Room was also very shabby and stinking. Room refrigerator was not working at all. many other issues!! Washroom too was not clean and unhygienic
Not worth the spending.
2.0Front Lobby Staff were very Polite and service oriented..
− Old furnitures and wardrobes in the room. Shower switcher not working. Cloth drying string not functioning. No Safe locker provided and the next day only provided after making a request.
