1.0Staff were friendly and helpful but were very afraid of senior management
− Room booked not given at check in so had to change rooms. Room given was dirty . Had to complain to senior management again . Duvet covers without duvet. I asked for a mattress topper as the beds were uncomfortable and the put an old duvet with mold/damp stains ! Mold stains on the bedside lamp shades, crack in the bathroom basin and counter top, rusty hooks screwed into the artexed ceiling with no mosquito net, even a scaled kettle.. They said they were renovating the rooms. They should have closed this one off !
