− Reception not available for most part of the day and when it was accessible seemed in a sparse and not entirely accommodating manner unless pushed

You get what you pay for, could be cleaner but wasn't awful.
6.0Location was great, it was a lovely place to walk the grounds. It was easy to navigate to our room and there was parking right outside the door. It was quiet, so good for getting a good nights rest.
− The dishes hadn't been cleaned, there was what looked like yoghurt on the spoon from previous guest and coffee in the mug. Staff interaction wasn't warm, they weren't rude either. Then at checkout there was no staff interaction, just talking to an intercom.

− Restaurant meal prices didn’t include taxes which most NZ restaurants do so price at the end was significantly higher. Also very noisy at night with kids running down the deck
