9.0A lovely family-owned and run B&B in Quito's historic quarter. Andreas and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs including an early breakfast one day before an excursion and getting us transport one day when the traffic was horrific. There's a great laundry across the road that did an entire load of laundry for us, washed, dried and folded for $6. Recommendations for restaurants, things to do were appreciated and added to our great 2-day stay. Location in the historic quarter was good with most things only a short walk away. And the house cat is beautiful! Would stay again.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner went above and beyond to help me during my visit. For example, I needed to do laundry before continuing to my next destination, and they arranged everything for me. My clothes were washed and returned the same day at a very reasonable price while I was doing an excursion, which was incredibly convenient. Another thing I greatly appreciated was that the hotel stored my luggage free of charge for two weeks while I traveled to the Galápagos Islands. This made my trip much easier, and I was able to pick everything up when I returned. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent restaurant recommendations and helpful advice on exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
