8.0It was roomy and great location for activities we did. The room was very cold when we came in and had to have someone come to check it. They had to get a remote that controls the temp which was not there when we arrived. Also the TV had issues and could not watch live or regular TV.
A Gold-Inn Gem in Hot Springs
10.0Spent the weekend in Hot Springs, perfect base camp. Just east of downtown quick access to National Park, walkable but we parked downtown. Go east and back road to Gulpha Gorge Campground is peaceful spot to enjoy nature. Our room #4 was super clean and stylish, fun color combinations/design and historic photos of nearby landmarks. Toilet area is small, but doable for weekend. Rest of bathroom is wonderful, great vent, lit mirror, and tub/shower with plenty of room, full length mirror inside bathroom door. The AC worked great and kept the room cool and a ceiling fan. TV has a firestick. Liked parking directly in front of room and not paying downtown parking prices. We received door code morning of arrival and it was easy to operate. Never saw staff or needed anything, but they're a text away and supposedly quick to respond. The main road is just outside which I knew so had my white noise machine which did the trick for the late night motorcycle traffic. Overall they've done a beautiful job on the remodel of this property. There's a few tables and chairs on the patio, a great spot to hang out and a table and chair outside each room with hanging ferns. The mini fridge was roomy, we fit our Delucas pizza box inside. There's also a microwave and coffee maker we didn't use. Red Light Roastery just down the road, but only open Mon-Fri. Kollective Coffee & Tea for weekend. Golden Raised Donuts is next door. We loved our stay at Gold-Inn, will return!

8.0This is a renovated old-time motor inn. Our room was very clean with nice towels and bedding. The room is small so if you are planning on hanging out in your room a lot this may not be the place for you. It's about 10- 15 minute walk to downtown, which is perfectly safe, but not very picturesque.

6.0This place is simple. I was excited. Walked up and the sliding glass door was fogged up. When I walked in the room was freezing, floor tiles were peeling, my bed sheets smelled of smoke, a/c was filthy and dropped dirt on to the bed, towels were scratchy, and black fuzzy spots were on the lights. The bath tiles are retro, my partner really liked them.
