− The cost for a mediocre hotel was outrageous. The elevator clunks and doesn’t leave you feeling reassured that it won’t break down. The continental breakfast as just okay.

Happy with my choice. It was a basic hotel room with good value for money. Happy with the variety in the included breakf
7.0Location was great. Loved the proximity to the grocery store, dine in and take foods right next door. Breakfast was good. Staff worked hard to keep it fully stocked during a very busy weekend. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was good. 24 hour access to tea and hot water in the cafeteria was wonderful.
− No kettle in the room just coffee..I’m not a coffee drinker. Disappointing. Front desk staff had no town map or available information about sites of interest in the area. Room was dated and could have used an upgrade …particularly the bathroom. I booked quite a while in advance and was disappointed we did not have a balcony.
Staff especially management made my stay enjoyable, such wonderful people

Would consider staying at the Quality Hotel again when visiting Drumheller.
8.0Breakfast was good, a bit crowded when we got there in the morning. Needed more tables and seats. Great location as a whole.
− Facility a bit dated and needs some cosmetic repairs. The ceiling in our room’s bathroom had some peeling paint and had some other cosmetic issues. The air conditioner was very loud and noisy. Didn’t like the elevators, never sure it was going to work.
