− Quarto muito pequeno. acústica do quarto ruim, dava pra ouvir o vizinhos do quarto fazendo necessidades e não foi informado que seria cobrado ao final mais 10% do serviço de quarto, informação essa imprescindível antes da contratação do quarto.

O hotel é bom, mas os pontos negativos fazem com que eu não tenha vontade de retornar a me hospedar.

− O quarto é bem pequeno (diferente do que aparenta nas fofos), as tvs dos quartos não são smart. Além disso, é cobrada uma taxa de 10% do valor da estadia (o que é um absurdo).

10.0O hotel é super bem localizado, a poucos passos da igreja central. O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi impecável desde o check-in. O lugar é limpo, charmoso e acolhedor. O quarto acomoda bem um casal e o banheiro é bastante amplo. O café da manhã é incrível com muitas opções de pães, bolos, sucos, além de opções a la carte incluídas na diária.

− A cafeteira que tem no quarto estava muito suja, lavei na pia do banheiro. Não está escrito valor da cápsula do café. E na saída é cobrado.
