Misleading info on hotel and spa use
7.0The room was massive nearly too big .... ! The space was clean. The bed was comfy if you like firm 😌 pillows and duvet were awesome. Staff were okay quite abrupt if you ask me but okay.
− I called beforehand to see if the spa is available for the day after stay as I couldnt arrive on day of booking until evening time. I was told sure but there os a charge for hotel guests of 25 euro..... I said no problem! I booked a room for convenience as it is close to spa and proceeded to spa reception area to pay. They told me 90 euro and I said why I was told of I stay here it is only 25 they said only for the day you stay and this was 1040am I said well I pre called and asked for this room with the premis that I get to us the spa for 25 euro which was fine. In the end o got the deal but I was very unhappy I went to spa the area isnt top notch like it portrays and also I got questioned again even with a receipt about my payment! The sauna only reach temp 70 and the steam room was below what it showed on the screen outside I did mention it but at this point it wasnt worth it. I am complaining because I wabted this to be a relaxed last day with my mum before our flighta instead I had to fight my way into a spa which wasn't even great even though I was a guest absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't go back!

− no complimentary water, staff quite unfriendly, always referring to hotel policy… what hotel policy does prevent a 5 star hotel to provide complimentary bottle of water on arrival?! never seen in the world and I travel all the time
