− La televisione non funzionava , la stanza il secondo giorno non è stata pulita e sistemata , gli asciugamani puliti ho dovuto andarmelo a cercare nell’ingresso . Una delusione totale .

− Only shame is that wasn’t able to support on getting my car registered to access the city centre sorted when dropped off luggage and may get a fine.

The apartment was small with no elevator. location OK
4.0We booked for another location and was given room in a different location about 7minutes walk. we had to drag our luggages, it was very tasking because the taxi dropped us at the address on booking. If we were pre informed, we wouldn't have suffered that much.
− Poor communication, no A.C in the rooms, the apartment was too small and very tight. there was no elevator/Lift to reach the 4th floor.
