10.0Aurelio and his staff are quite superb. Efficient, honest, friendly and could not do enough for us us during the 4 night stay. The wines of Leflaive are wonderful and to have literally everything available (to your price point too) is stunning. The food is super and the presentation of rooms is first class. Looking forward to our next trip!

10.0The last time we stayed here was several years ago. What a difference a few years makes! The hotel has clearly had a lot of work done to it since then. A lovely welcoming reception area with equally welcoming staff, really nice decor in all the public areas and the bar and restaurant. Our room was up a rather narrow creaky staircase but once there it was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There are several other rooms accessible by lift - just ask. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. We’d definitely stay again!
