Estuve 6 dias en mi primer acercamiento con tokio. Me gusto mucho

Estaba todo impecablecablemente limpio. El personal siempre dispuesto y atento a cualquier requerimiento. Para mi que gusto de caminar, bien ubicado, a 10 cuadras de estación de tren.

− La verdad no hubo nada que particularmente me disgustara, creo que el lugar esta muy bien para parar en tokio, sin estar en medio del caos turistico.

Das Hotel hatte an sich eine sehr gute Ausstattung.

− Die Fernseher im Zimmer waren etwas klein, so dass es häufig zu Problemen bei den öffentlichen Bereichen gab. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen von der Innenstadt und hat teilweise hygienische Probleme der öffentlichen Gerät.

Unica nota positiva il prezzo.

Il prezzo, ampia camera, metro a 13 minuti a piedi.

− Vecchio, avrebbe bisogno di ampi rinnovi. Zona comune sempre affollata di gente, che probabilmente vive lì. Cucina minuscola e non utilizzabile, presenza però di un microonde ad ogni piano. Bagni non a tutti i piani, bisogna fare le scale o prendere l'ascensore per fare la doccia.

Great deal for travelers on a budget

Everything is on the older side but it's clean and well-maintained. I was on the 9th floor, so going up just one floor to the showers was easy, and I never had to wait for a free one during early evenings. Yukata and towels were provided. Having a mini-fridge in the room and a microwave and sink on the floor was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to print something and do laundry. Most signs and info are in both Japanese and English and the staff could understand English. The convenience store next door was very useful and I definitely appreciated having a bus stop right in front. The bus takes Suica and goes to Ueno station without any transfers (I believe it was a flat 210 yen per ride). Never had any issues with the wifi, I could watch videos on my phone with no problems. Windows could open if you wanted fresh air, but the AC was fine and there were easy-to-understand instructions on how to use it. I'm usually quiet and keep to myself but the other travelers I ran into were friendly and polite. If you want to socialize, the tv on the main floor was always on so sometimes people were hanging out there or in the kitchen.

− It's a little far from the station, and the bus could get crowded but it wasn't too bad and still easy to find. The on-site cafe had odd hours so it was almost never open when I was there and wanted to eat so I just ate before returning to the hotel or convenience store food. The rooms are small but if you're just there to sleep then it's fine. If you have trouble getting up from the floor, then the tatami room might not be for you, but the futon was comfortable.
