− לא אהבתי שהגעתי לפקיד כדי לשלם והוא אמר לי שחייבו אותי מהכרטיס אשראי למרות שביקשתי לשלם במקום וזאת לאחר שהתקשרתי לשאול מה עושים במקרה שפורצת מלחמה(היה מתח עם איראן) ולא נוכל להגיע. הגעתי לפקיד לשלם לאחר שאני מחכה בסבלנות שיסיים שיחת טלפון וגיליתי שחייבו את האשראי ללא הסכמתי.

1.0אהבנו את היחס של העובד לואי שלצערינו סיפר שעוזב בשבוע שאחריי.
− חדר לא נקי, מצעים מלוכלכים בשיערות ואבק העבירו אותנו חדר לחדר בלי מזגן לא יכולנו לנשום דקה.. ב4 בלילה העבירו שוב חדר כי כבר לא יכולנו לישון בגלל החום לקומה אחרת בכלל והתחלנו להזיז את המזוודות. היחס של עובד המלון היה מגעיל ודוחה , קיבל אותנו בזלזול לא היה נעים ולא שירותי רק לואי עובד משמרת לילה היה עובד נחמד מאוד ומתחשב וניסה לעזור
