− The dangerous steps, the filthy balcony, we booked ground floor and we were on 2nd floor up the steps which are crumbling with no handrail there are not 2 pools there is 1 pool so small you can't swim in it and one communal pool for the local area away from the property. We booked ground floor and didnt get it, we complained to Booking.com and noone is getting back to us. Left after 1 night
