4.0The place is friendly. The waste bin in my room was full when I arrived on the Friday, also the carpet was in dire need of hoovering. I didn't comment as I thought someone would check the room on Saturday. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the shower room and the shower needed a major clean. It had a lot of black mould on the sealant. There were plenty of towels and shower gel etc. The biggest problem I have have is that on the Sunday, when I had to check out by 10:00, a key was put in the lock and the door opened. One of the staff attempted to enter my room at 08:30.

8.0The room itself was very dusty, doesn’t look like it had been cleaned for some time.. however the staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you.. the food was delicious and the drink selection fantastic.. despite the dirty room I would stay again
