− O quarto não corresponde ao apresentado nas fotos. Pagamos uma tarifa mais cara para a categoria Deluxe pois indicava uma "varanda", inexistente no quarto oferecido. A explicação no checkout foi a de que "a foto no site está equivocada". A banheira de hidromassagem não funcionou. O interruptor liga a bomba, faz barulho, mas nada acontece! Apesar do recepcionista indicar atendimento 24 horas, ao ligarmos para a recepção e para o room service às 22:30hs, ninguém nos atendeu! Foi necessário nos deslocarmos fisicamente até o térreo para pedir mais travesseiros. Televisão antiga, sem acesso a streaming e com oferta de poucos canais de tv. As cortinas não contemplam toda a janela, fazendo a claridade entrar no quarto, extremamente desconfortável para hóspedes acostumados a dormir no escuro.
