6.0Friendly staff but serious deficiencies like no hot water in the evening. The breakfast buffet did not have the classic bread type and coffee was the worst I've tasted as well as milk. Finally, there were no bathroom accessories

10.0The breakfast was not bad but could have been a bit better. Great location nice pool and clean rooms. Showers could have been a bit better also.

8.0The hotel has a great location with walking access to several of the climbing areas. Breakfast was generally good. Bed comfort was somewhat below average. Didn't have shampoo which was a little surprising. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The room description mentioned a kitchenette, there was only a fridge. Great view from the terrace.
