9.0Localização e espaço interno do apartamento muito bons. Funcionários bastante atenciosos e corteses.
− As tomadas não foram convertidas para o padrão brasileiro vigente. Havia apenas uma disponível na bancada da pia. Ou seja, sequer foi possível usar para o notebook. Outro ponto de atenção é a segurança. Fui retirar meu carro e não havia funcionário lá. Como a chave estava no veículo e a garagem estava aberta, simplesmente sai. Ou seja, qualquer pessoa poderia acessar e sair com um dos veículos lá estacionados.

Too expensive for what I got
3.0The breakfast was excellent wide variety of colds, juices cakes.
− The mattresses definitely need to be replaced; the springs disrupted my sleep. Towels quality is below poor.
Good to know
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
