6.0Elevator non functional except for 1 day. Hand locks were loose, water splash of bathub floor, unsafe. Loose faucet Hotel across street is under renovation the whole time during our stay. We like the spacious room and clean in general. Theattendace and employees are vey helpful, courteous and respinsive to our requests.

6.0I like the staff, friendly and attentive. Room is ok but cable tv channels listed on wall is not the ones on air. The a/c in the common areas ie, lobby reception and dining room are not working or at least turned off. Only one a/c unit is working so it’s uncomfortable to eat. Free wifi is only good at the front of the building. The back rooms you don’t get reception. Lobby men’s’ washrooms facilities need some TLC,
