8.0What a fabulous hotel. Our room, with balcony, overlooking the Bosphorus was superb, immaculate, beautifully designed with a well-equipped and very lavish bathroom. Sadly we only stayed one night before continuing our journey but we will definitely return. We only have good memories of our stays with the Shanghai-La Hotel Group and think that one of their USPs is their exceptional customer service and warm welcome from all members of the team. You are really made to feel as if you are a most welcome guest.

10.0wonderful location, in the promenade area near the Bosphorus, Dolmabahce Palace, the area of bars and restaurants. we had a beautiful room with a partial view of the Bosphorus. delicious breakfast. very beautiful spa area.
