7.0Nice location and beautiful mountain and valley view. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants in Nozawa.

8.0Staff, especially Lucille, were excellent. It was not hard to walk into the village' The indoor Onsen was too hot for me but the outdoor rotemburo was a very good temperature

− While it was super clean, there were some stains on the sofa and walls - could use new furniture and fresh paint, a little updating here and there. And it had a not great smell to the place (and it wasn’t the sulfur springs - could use room spray or oil air diffusers).

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
