10.0− A girl from the staff was impolite; her smile was missing somewhere. All the other staff members were so nice, but this one (unfortunately, I don't know her name; she's not tall at all, with long brown hair, and works at the reception) was so unpleasant that she ruined our whole stay 😒. And, unfortunately, she was the first and the last person we saw at the hotel 😒. Such a pity...
