4.0Outdated, low quality very limited food and very far from beach, the shuttle takes 15-20 minutes to beach on a bumpy road

2.0Upon arrival i told the front desk manager that i was going to need transportation to the port.he could not guarantee it.he spoke very little english.i had to arrange for transport myself. He later said that i was being picked up by somebody at a certain time when i already made arrangements with another company
