− I had to leave estoy in the morning and couldn’t even have a coffee breakfast time starts at 8:30, late in my opinion.I wasn’t informed about that at booking time and They didn’t offer me an alternative. Obviously, I had paid for breakfast.

Relax, tranquilidad y disfrute
9.0El entorno, la amabilidad del personal de recepción y limpieza. Es un hotel con encanto, muy grande. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La calidad en las comidas.
− Los aires acondicionados en las zonas comunes están demasiado fuertes puestos, incluso en la zona del restaurante. Si sales de la zona del balneario algo mojada, te congelas fuera. Hemos vuelto con dolor de garganta y algo resfriadas. En el restaurante el primer día (desayuno) tuvimos que pedir bajaran el aire en 3 ocasiones, casi todos los huéspedes se quejaban del mismo problema. En Balneario, el personal de recepción muy bueno pero dentro, algunos que se dedican a los tratamientos no te informan ni aclaran nada, faltó información y asesoramiento por parte de los profesionales.
Cómodo y tranquilo
8.0La habitación y baño muy amplios, arreglados y cómodos. Todas las instalaciones accesibles ya que tienen una amplísima clientela de gente mayor. La cama cómoda y el ambiente muy tranquilo y relajado. Cuenta con un pequeño jardín agradable y que da frescor en medio del paraje caluroso del verano.
− Lo usamos como punto de descanso en ruta por lo que llegamos tarde y salimos pronto, con lo cual no pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones del balneario. Una pena.
