2.0Need to take them off your site got to check in & they don’t accept online reservations? I asked if they had any rooms available they said they were fully booked only saw 6 vehicles in the parking lot. Had to drive home 1 hour & drive back the next morning. Sorry, sorry, sorry

4.0Forced me to pay a pet deposit for a service animal, room smelt like animal feces.

2.0I didnt get past check in. The guyvat the front desk told me i didnt have a reservation. Thevi had to show him my name and hiw to use his sysyem. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, It went downhill from there.
