10.0This was a great spot to stay for our time in San Sebastián. Very walkable to many bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. Old Town was a quick 15 minute walk away. There are also hiking trails within 5 minutes of the apartment where you can get easy, beautiful views of the city and the ocean. The apartment was clean and well-equipped.

4.0Unfortunately our stay was less than pleasant. We, a family of 4, stayed for 4 nights in July. During this time our unit wasn’t cleaned even once. Each day we returned to unmade beds, un-emptied trash cans. Since the reception isn’t manned in the evenings we used the ‘connect with an agent’ feature at the main desk to flag this. We were assured that this would be looked into. However, the next evening when we returned from site seeing, the unit still hadn’t been cleaned. This time someone was at the reception so I had a chat with them and then their boss and the cleaning staff, and after much discussion, finally someone came up to make the beds but didn’t bother to clean out the garbage at all. They don’t change out the towels every day, they do so after four days or so, which is fine. We didn’t however appreciate the fact that for a family of 4, they only provided 2 hand towels in the bathroom to begin with. All in all, compared to several other accommodations in multiple cities across Spain in our 3 week trip, this was not only the worst but also quite expensive. At the price tag, we were expecting a better service. The location is good, the surfing beach is near by and about 20 mins by walk into the centre.
