8.0Bellissimi palazzi, camere ben arredate e molto pulite
− Carenza di personale alla reception ed in sala colazione con conseguenti lunghe attese per check-in, check-out e per avere assistenza in sala colazione, ad esempio per segnalare l’esaurimento dell’acqua o del latte nella relativa macchinetta. In generale, la qualità della colazione è di molto migliorabile, anche considerato il target dell’hotel.
I think it is a wonderful place for staying in Laval, really beautiful and peaceful.
9.0Beautiful and large room. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a beautiful green garden along the swimming pool. It is a really great hotel. The staff was extra nice and welcoming. The bed and A/C made the room very pleasant.
− The location is a bit far from the center. The cleaning lady was afraid of my dog so she skipped the room cleaning one day.
Slightly outside the town but very comfortable and staff welcoming
8.0Lovely building, very welcoming and helpful staff, secure garage parking or if there is space in the courtyard. Food was good, and the room spacious.
− Don't eat in the brasserie! It feels like a village hall that's been set up for w wedding - no atmosphere. There is a more formal restaurant which looked better but the menu was too formal for our requirements.
