Schönes Resort, schlecht geführt und furchtbares Buffet
5.0Die Anlage ist sehr schön, sauber und die Lage direkt am wunderbaren Strand (Steinstrand) ist großartig. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Service-Personal war sehr nett.
− Das Buffet ist eine Zumutung und der Preis dafür drastisch zu hoch. Die Speisen wurden nicht ausreichend nachgefüllt und die Qualität des Essens war auf mäßigem Kantinenniveau. Nachtisch war für uns schon aus. Die Rezeption ist bis auf eine einzige Servicekraft eine Zumutung ohne Kundenorientierung. Kommentar der Concierge: "Wir sind ein Ressort, kein Hotel", d.h. neue Definition: Ressort ist Hotel ohne angemessenen Service. Preisgestaltung ist maximal undurchsichtig, funktioniert mit Salamitaktik (immer noch eine weitere zu bezahlende Leistung, z.B. erste Reihe am Stand) und mit aufladbarer Service-Karte. Animation am Pool war eine unprofessionelle Lärmbelästigung.
