10.0As African-Americans who value kindness. respect and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. We have been to Riyahd multiple times and have had week-long stays at this Four Points Sheraton. We are from America and experienced Great Customer service. Friendly. Cleanliness. The Manager was always very helpful and professional.

2.0The lift, 1 of 4 broke down throughout my stay. The amenities in the room, one day I had slipper, the next day did not provide, one day I had face towel, next day none and no shower gel, had to ask 3x to refill. In addition, the laundry they left at receotion and forgot totally.
