cancelled our reservation because they got a better offer
2.0I just received a call from the hotel telling me they have cancelled my reservation for June 2025. When I asked for an explanation, he initially refused to tell me, but when pressed admitted that they had received a request for a large block of rooms, so they were cancelling my reservation to accommodate the request. I advised him that I had booked this 7 months ago, as we are travelling across Canada this summer, and asked if he could help me to keep the reservation. He said that he couldn't do that. Brutal.

2.0I agree with all of the one-star reviews. In addition to what others have mentioned, my room’s heating unit wasn’t working, even though the outside temperature was -16°C. This place is poorly maintained, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I regret not checking the reviews before booking. However, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I thought it was important to leave this review to inform others to stay away from this place.

6.0We stayed there from January 11 to the 12th. Hotel was okay, room was okay, bed and pillow very comfortable. What to say about our stay, VERY noisy. A groupe of people were going from one room to another during the night, slamming the doors and talking loudly. Doors are not soundproof. We were on the 3rd floor. Early morning, they were talking on the phone, on speaker and walking up and down the hall. I got out of the room, 2 times asking to keep quit. At 8:50 am, the music was loud in the room across, I recorded and showed the reception. People have no respect!!!
