Nice hotel but no system or clear protocol stuff lack professionlism

− A lot :☹️ -Cleanliness -Food variety -Front desk receptionist( Nour) -Poor animation ( nearly no staff to make activities) one was made in a closed place( Tiatro) it was horrible hot we left -Iron system( one for all) and safety was zero We had a fire in one room but الحمد لله I removed the cable and my sister got shocked because of the water spill of the iron by الحمد لله

4.0Only Beach! And Nour from reception was trying her best to satisfy guests.
− Food quality isn’t good at all for such international hotel, not so friendly staff working at main restaurant. Aqua pool wasn’t clean when we wanted to use it and lack of cleaning at aqua stairs, that let us to leave it immediately and rather went to sea. When we arrived we saw lagoon/Lake wasn’t clean and easily you see that from far distance and only was cleaned at our 3rd day of stay. One Staff at main pool was rude, while we are in the pool and just finished we found one towel missing out our 3 towels despite there is camera, when reported i was shocked when his response was its not our job to find who took your towel and left me standing refusing to give me another card as we were moving to beach claiming no card until end of day until stock count! I said you have my room no. He said no!! Until i went and complained to hotel Director. Such place is not place to spent your money. No qualified team to deal with guest. No services at beach side sun beds are broken! Simply it was an awful experience at Movenpick waterpark soma bay.

6.0This is my 3rd time in this hotel. Advantages: sandy clean beach, room was very good . All the staff is friendly . Food was much better than the last time especially the bakery. Disadvantages: Chairs on the beach or aqua park was worn out. Kids aqua need to be fixed . Animation team wasn't at the expected standard that i saw before. There was a foam party at kids pool at night at dinner time although it should be in day light so everyone can enjoy it.
