Comfortble but housekeeping was horrible and needs to clean rooms better disappointed
4.0Breakfast and front desk was under standing but she said that someone would be up to talk about housekeeping she did what she could
− I was very disappointed did the trash wasn’t taken out from the State before us underneath the kitchen sink. It smells bad and we couldn’t figure what the smell was until we started cleaning. Housekeeping came in to clean. They did not clean. Nothing. All they did was make the bed one day. We didn’t even have toilet paper. We had to call and have some brought up. I paid almost $1000. And trash wasn’t even taken out. I had to go to front desk and ask for trash bag to throw the trash out. I brought it up to front desk and they said someone would come up to talk to us. Never heard from anybody.
