− عدم رمي القمامه قبل وصولنا + في حاله تبديل الغطاء والمناشف تفرض رسوم 30 يورو عن كل تبديل وهذا غالي بالطبع

− عندما دخلنا إلى الغرفه وجدنا القمامه موجوده وكذلك السلالم كثيره لاتصلح للمرضى السكن فيه
