− The room itself was excellent, but unfortunately it was located directly above the restaurant. Because of the cooking smells, we couldn’t enjoy the balcony during our stay. Since we stayed for four nights, it would have been nice to be given a room in a better location. Other than that, everything was great.

It is rare to experience such a high level of personalized service. The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful, and luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of relaxation and understated sophistication. The cuisine was simply outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented, made with the freshest local ingredients, and full of authentic Puglian flavors. Dining here was an experience in itself. Thank you for making such an important milestone in our lives so special. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return one day.
