7.0− Noise and loud furniture bump heard from the upstairs room. Can't sleep. Customer should aware and be careful to not disturb other people.
Decent, quiet and well located. It felt very comfortable. I would stay there again.

− We had difficulty getting our room cleaned. We eventually got it cleaned and all worked out well. Minor inconvenience in light of how well everything worked.
