− Rats outside in bushes next to electric car chargers, very very dirty air blower unit above the door in room, and pillows made of bricks.
Poor stay due to leak and stale smell.
2.0Location Staff were understanding following concerns raised re room, advised to contact for refund however have received no response.
− The room had a leak, the bed was wet and clothes got soaked as a result. Have received no apology or communication from the hotel since highlighting this.
The outside temperature was 36 degrees. Inside. 32 degrees whitout any air conditioning. The windows were blocked. I don

4.0− Used to house homeless. Someone was sick in the lift. People climbing in windows and smoking weed outside.
