10.0I stayed here for a night and the staff were amazing. They went out of the way to help me. Also had breakfast there and it was excellent. They only serve vegetarian food but variety of regional food were available and it was tasty, spicy.

10.0After long travel, we went to Shirdi Very good experience with the hotel they gave a free transport to the Saibaba Temple. All the staff are very friendly out of 10/10 👍

10.0Excellent staff esp in dining room/restaurant. Overall, all staff very pleasant, polite, helpful, and respectful. Area around property not the cleanest, but safe and walkable to temple. Low rating on facility condition because windows are loose, faucets don't work well, water pressure is low, shower curtain is hung too high so water splashes all around, towels provided are low grade for a top-rated hotel, and door lock would keep jamming, and we lost time because we had to wait until maintenance would come and "un-jam" the door lock. Upon check-in I signed a document that stated my checkout time was noon, while the front desk gentleman insisted it was 11am. He agreed to noon only after I asked him to read the paper he asked me to sign. Don't get me wrong: he was - like all other staff - very polite and respectful.
