10.0Ho apprezzato la disponibilità di tutto il personale per farci passare al meglio la permanenza presso la struttura, facendo il possibile anche per comprendere le nostre richieste nonostante il tedesco non lo parlassimo e l'inglese non fosse eccellente; la cortesia e la presenza costante ma senza invadenza sono state la "ciliegina sulla torta". Top per gli ospiti la fornitura della card che ci ha permesso di visitare gratuitamente o con sconto diverse attrazioni. Un grazie particolare sia alla reception, che a Giulio e al personale di sala.
