10.0Toda a equipe q tivemos contato foram educados, atenciosos , eficientes. Refeições 24 h . Comida de boa qualidade e variedade. E o hotel consegue atender os hóspedes muito bem , mesmo c alta ocupação. Recomendo.
Gostei do hotel mas a comida poderia ser mais saborosa inclusive do Restaurante Italiano q achei razoável. Filé mignon m

8.0Da localização, dos funcionários e da limpeza.
− Não gostei muito das opções de almoço e jantar. Porque quem está na praia, quer ter muitas opções de peixes e frutos do mar. Geralmente tinha um tipo de peixe e uma mariscada, o restante era carne e frango. Também não conseguimos sintonizar a tv e a lâmpada da nossa varanda estava queimada e apesar de solicitarmos a troca duas vezes, ninguém foi lá trocar.
