4.0My husband and I stayed at this hotel whilst travelling around Bali. The room was spacious BUT the location on a cross junction of continuous noise traffic was horrendous, they didn’t mention that in the description. You couldn’t make it up about the pool the angled photograph make it look huge and amazing when you see it’s a small pool squeezed in between both sides of the hotel and totally overlooked, the sun loungers are filthy dirty, the towels were grey and frayed. The staff need some serious hospitality training because I would rate the hotel 2 stars. We completed as requested the satisfaction survey and handed to the receptionist only for her to open look at then put it under the desk....to which I can only assume the bin as it was pretty damming, that shows how much they care about there customers! I would not recommend or stay there ever again
