− The restaurant staff needs to retraining because its a slow business and the only guest its not getting atencion And adding tip on Togo orders not ok

I think that i never ever recommend this place to someone. refund hotel fee because of sleeping not.
1.0They didn't give us the breakfasts.
− Air-condition noise sounds when I turn on air condition. At first, they didn't clean up nevertheless they charged every night's. They didn't check shower gel empty. I asked about my canceling book.com. They already cancel at first, but they charged double payment to me. Book.com apologized to excuse a lot to me.
