10.0Tudo impecável!!!!! O hotel é lindo. Cada cantinho surpreende com a decoração e os detalhes tornam a experiência ainda mais agradável, como taça de vinho de cortesia no início da noite, água e café disponíveis durante todo o dia, chinelo e roupão.. Uma das noites houve um apresentacao de jazz no saguão do bar. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis e prestativos. Como estávamos em família, nos colocaram em dois quartos conjugados. Super confortável. Ainda acordei com vista de um belo nascer do sol nas cordilheiras. Localização muito boa. Perto de bons restaurantes, cerro san cristoban, la chascona, bares, mas numa rua mais tranquila, que nao há muito ruído.

− Péssimo cafe da manhã. Hotel com super lotação e não conseguia atender a todos. Éramos em três vinha 01 prato de fruta, faltava pão. Outro dia não tinha café, outro dia não tinha ovo. Um absurdo o café da manhã servido na mesa com Paes, ovo e fruta demorar tanto e ser contado. Um dia de muita chuva não deixaram colocar uma cadeira no restaurante e nós enviaram a um puxado sujo e aberto para tomar café da manhã. Enfim não recomendo e não volto. Tanto que fiquei mais dias em Santiago e troquei de hotel.
