10.0Initial check in, guestroom smelled of cigarette smoke, I went to reception & asked for another room, and was quickly check-in to fresh room without odor. no password wifi is nice not have. spacious room, good condition all surfaces, quite air con, good water pressure & hot on demand, nice thick cotton towels. Nice touch of special teas in this hotel.
