10.0Amazing hotel for a ski resort. Room was beautifully fitted out with a stunning view of the resort and valley. It is right at the top of the resort, but only 10 mins walk to the main group of bars, and there is a ski in and out option. Plus free transfer available around the resort. Breakfast options were huge to start the day. The bar was cosy and the terrace had a lovely view and sunshine. Spa was impressive but often busy. Only issues were that the room was often hot and no obvious way to cool it down other than opening a window/door. The boot room didn’t have locks on the doors or anywhere to store skis (which I assume is because everyone rents from their ski shop but that was expensive), and even with the transfers it is removed from the centre of the resort, so you will spend a lot of time walking up and down hill - but that was our choice. Definitely would go again.
A comfortable, friendly, luxuary ski in/out hotel
10.0Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.

6.0Cuisine mauvaise, pdts de mauvaise qualite yc au petit dej. Desorganisation complete de l equipe de restauration, il manque un manager experimente. Dommage, bel endroit, bel etablissement, SPA parfait comme les services du voiturier et du skiroom. Enfin…le chauffage est au maximum dans les chambres, impossible de le reduire ou stopper, il faut ouvrir les p.fenetres toute la nuit. Incroyable mais vrai. Horrible

10.0** Relaxing ** Staff very helpful ** excellent facilities ** simple exit to ski area We used the Spa for relaxing massage. Leah was such a professional host and I felt great after her massage. I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. Also a good idea to have salt and pepper on the tables instead of having to keep asking for them. This wouldn't stop me returning. Beautiful hotel and staff.
