2.0Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Pros: clean and a few blocks walking distance to el jardin. Cons: - building is old and could use some renovations and upkeep. - valet parking is a headache. It takes a minimum of 30-40 min to get your car. - hospitality is poor. We had to check out one day early because of an emergency. The hotel refused to refund us for one night’s stay and parking. - the room is hot and uncomfortable when the temperature reaches over 75F.

4.0This property is old and poorly managed. It's not worth for the price. Staffs couldn't speak English. Our rooms didn't even clean until asked. Hotel condition is deteriorating.
